Our Profile
As a contemporary community choir, the Tema Youth Choir (TYC) was founded in November 2001 under the direction of Mr. Ebenezer A. Allotey. A relatively new entrant on the community choirs scene, the TYC has, thankfully, good professional leadership, committed membership, and a backbone of well-meaning benefactors, patrons, and Executive Board.

Over the ten years the TYC has five (5) choral albums to its credit: Afe Ato Hen Bio (a Christmas collection with African percussion) (2003), Aseda (Thanksgiving) (2005), Adom (Grace) (2008), Nhyira (Blessing) (2008) and “To God be the Glory” Hymns (2010).
